10kHockey is a FREE self-improvement program for hockey players. It's based on the "10,000 touches" concept - the theory that repetition builds muscle memory, leading to mastery of sport. Thirty sessions of 10 minutes each guide players through 9,000 stickhandling taps and 1,000 shots.
